Fabric & Safety Standards
Your products must meet rigorous global safety regulations. We require explicit compliance with standards such as ANSI/ISEA 107 for high-visibility and EN ISO 20471.
White-Label Capabilities
We are building a brand. Partners must be capable of seamless private labeling, including custom exterior tags, interior branding, and tailored polybag packaging.
Factory Certifications
Ethical and quality manufacturing is non-negotiable. We prioritize suppliers holding valid, up-to-date ISO 9001, WRAP, or BSCI compliance certificates.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard payment terms for new factory partners are typically 30% deposit upon PO issuance and 70% balance upon successful pre-shipment inspection and Bill of Lading generation. We are open to discussing Letter of Credit (L/C) arrangements for high-volume orders.
Do you require exclusive distribution agreements for certain designs?
If we are providing custom tech packs and unique IP for manufacturing, yes, we require strict non-compete and exclusivity agreements for those specific designs. For standard off-the-shelf white-label blanks, exclusivity is not required.
How long does the initial compliance review take?
Our procurement team typically completes the desktop compliance review within 5 to 7 business days of form submission. If all documents meet our requirements, we will reach out immediately to arrange physical sample shipments.
