1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

2. Product Descriptions & Fixed Designs

We specialize exclusively in high-quality utility bottoms. Please note the following product design rules:

• Fixed Designs: All safety pants are supplied as pre-designed items with fixed colors and set utility features. We do not provide custom alterations or color updates.
• Size Boundaries: Product options are restricted strictly to sizes ranging from size 30 to size 40.
• Visual Variations: We display items using clean, square-shaped product images. Actual colors may vary slightly due to digital screen configurations.

3. Retail-Only Restriction

This online platform is dedicated strictly to direct retail consumers. We do not authorize commercial redistribution, corporate wholesaling, or independent resale of our safety garments through this portal.

We reserve the complete right to cancel any orders that exhibit wholesale purchasing behavior or look like unauthorized commercial resale activity.

4. Order Process & “Reserve Order, Pay Later”

Our ordering system is configured to provide flexibility before payment confirmation:

• Reserve Order, Pay Later: Customers who have questions or require final clarifications regarding their selection may choose this option at checkout to reserve stock.
• Pending Status: Orders placed via this method will sit under a “Pending Order” status until payment instructions are finalized.
• Tracking Details: A unique tracking order number is generated immediately upon placing the order, allowing you to monitor the fulfillment pipeline right away.

5. Prices & Currency

All prices listed on our platform are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We coordinate deliveries strictly within the region of Singapore. All transit timelines provided at checkout serve as standard estimates.

The risk of loss, damage, and legal title for all physical safety pants passes entirely to the buyer the moment the items are handed over to our designated third-party delivery carrier.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the specific protective nature of safety workwear garments, our return framework is strictly controlled:

• Items must be returned entirely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all protective tags attached in original packaging.
• Any item showing signs of field use, dirt, or washing will fail inspection and will not qualify for a refund or size exchange.

8. Safety Standards & Customer Responsibility

While our safety pants are fabricated using heavy-duty materials meant for protection, workplace conditions vary extensively.

It remains the sole responsibility of the customer or employer to evaluate and confirm that these garments meet the particular safety ratings, Workplace Safety and Health Act rules, or Ministry of Manpower (MOM) standards required for their specific work environments in Singapore.

9. Limitation of Liability & “As-Is” Disclaimer

All items are supplied strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for industrial or casual wear.

Our business provides no warranties against unexpected gear wear, tear, or failure under heavy stress. We are completely exempt from any liability regarding workplace injuries, operational accidents, or health damages arising directly or indirectly from using or wearing our safety pants.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Products are governed, interpreted, and enforced completely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any legal disagreements, claims, or actions stemming from retail transactions on this website must be brought forward and settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
